Bolero by Maurice Ravel (I know it's from the 1900s, but it still counts as classical, right?) I'm guessing yours is Beethoven's 9th Symphony.

I love the pastoral compositions by Ralph Vaughan Williams. Fantasy on Greensleeves, In Fen Country, Symphony #3, and The Lark Ascending. And I also enjoy a number of pieces by Respighi such as Ancient Airs and Dances, The Birds, Church Windows, and Brazilian Impressions.
As for your favorite, you need to give a clue. There are a LOT of symphonies out there. I'll toss out another of the ones that I like and maybe hit the target. Mendelssohn's Symphony #3 'Scottish'.
