i bought a phone from a seller from romania and i sent him/her my full payment for the phone. he/she didnt response to my email since he/she received the money that i sent (i sent the money through western union).. In other words, he/she stole my money. My current location is here in America, so where should i report that seller to help me to retrieve my money?

You can try the FBI website - they have links and info on reporting fraud and they are the only place that can help you internationally

report the scam to the police iy's the only way you can try and stop these tricksters GOOD LUCK
