I presume you're talking about the rap song from a few years back. That's Tone Loc.
If you're thinking of the old song from the 1960s, "Wild Thing" was sung by The Troggs and later covered by Jimi Hendrix.

There was a more raunchy version we would sing but that version was not suppose to leave the walls of the boys bathroom at the local bathroom!
