Why isn't the number 11 pronounced onety one?

Because dear Adam,if i sed "onety one"...the pronounciation wood be " one titty one" so technically i would be swearing and also they coodnt say that in a bingo hall cood they? "all the ones one titty one" ;) thered b alot more grampas there if there were all them tittys there.;) rest assured x
