What are examples of job related deficiencies?

This is a question I have to answer and to my knowledge I don't have any that I know of.

You don't want to answer that your greatest weakness is a trait that you need to complete your job and you don't want to answer with a generic answer that everyone has heard. As long as you're not applying as a translator, say something that your weakness is not being bilingual so for now you are limited to English speaking job related tasks. If you are planning on learning a new language, let them know that since you have identified the issue, you are planning to learn a new language.
