DC: #1. Black Canary. Never been too fond of her costume. It's kinda sexy, but it's outdated, already. Fishnets?
#2. Zatanna. A top hat, coattails, and, again, Fishnets?
#3. Star (Star Spangled Girl) from JSA. Bicycle shorts, a bad mask (which does not hide her features), and braces-ugh.
#4. Power Girl. Not too fond of the character (sorry, my opinion), and don't care much for the colors and/or design of the costume, despite the emphasis on her....endowments.
MARVEL:
#1. She-Hulk. They still haven't given her the costume she deserves!
#2. Spider-Woman. Again, not too fond of the character, but get her out of the 70's! Spider-Man should never change his design, but Jessica Drew needs a make-over!
#3. Ms. Marvel. Very powerful character, and I wish they would change her name and costume-update her!!
I was going to list Mockingbird, but she is such a rip-off of Black Canary, I can't. Also, Marvel DID revamp Photon (formerly Capt. Marvel), and she has a sleek look I like.
There are plenty more from both companies, and I wish they ALL would get a "make-over", except for The Huntress and Catwoman, who have really slick costumes. The Phantom Lady MIGHT need a makeover, but I don't want her to!!

Well at Marvel they got their style act together. Emma Frost looks so good until I want to kick her @$$, and I know she's a cartoon! LOL. And I guess Big Bertha can look great whenever she want's to. But over at DC, Dr. Wall needs some serious help. Now she did lose some weight, but those clothes definately need changing. Now, that was too much fun! Thank you.

To me the BLACK WIDOW--needs it the worst! Started out with an odd dress -like outfit- and then moved in this sexy black jump-suit--which would be spectacular to actually see--but its just a little too 'emma peel' from the tv show of the 1960's the Avengers.
