120. This is the factorial series.
1! = 1
2! = 1x2
3! = 1x2x3
4! = 1x2x3x4
so 5! = 1x2x3x4x5

Multiply by 2, to get 2
Multiply by 3, to get 6
Multiply by 4, to get 24
Multiply by 5, to get 120 <---

If you look closely, you'll notice it's the factorial series
where n! = 1 x 2 x 3 x ... x n
1! = 1
2! = 2
3! = 6
4! = 24
5! = 120
6! = 720
7! = 5040
8! = 40320
9! = 362880
10! = 3628800

Often times you can find sequences like these in the online encyclopedia of integer sequences (OEIS). Type "1,2,6,24" and it will find series A000142 (link below).

So the next number in the sequence is 120.
