It depends. Usually, yes, if I believe my answer makes the most sense and has the most meaning. I'd be biased towards my own answers, because since I wrote them, I'd believe they have the most meaning to me.
Although--sometimes I do not vote for my own answer if I see an answer that I agree with more than my own.
So that's a maybe.

Sometimes, but only if the other answers are wicked bad. The one thing that makes me really mad is when I put a lot of effort into answering a person's question and the person doesn't even bother to vote for a best answer to their question. People took the time out to help you, vote!
