Every person has a different opinion, but I would still consider them a virgin. I don't think that someone can take your virginity unless you consent to it, and I know that I would not want to consider the man who raped me the man who took away my virginity.

It is very unfortunate but once the hymen has been broken, you are not technically a virgin. That being said though, there is no reason for you not to carry your head high and not be ashamed that this technical term is beyond your grasp. Keep your self respect and carry yourself with dignity and you surely will rise above this devastating situation.

Good luck.

Yes...the person didnt want to get raped...they didnt have a lot of control over what happend. You have a choice on whether or not to give up your virginity.

I was when I was 13, and while I wasn't considered such from a medical standpoint, I was told every day that I was emotionally and mentally untill I gave that gift away on my own free will. Feel free to email me at Cherished_Poet@yahoo if you ever want to talk...

Technically no. To herself she could consider herself one, because it was not her choice to become sexually active. But she could only consider herself one till she gave consent to do it with someone.but technically no she would not be a virgin any longer. As to age it would not matter if she was 13 or 113.

Yes, of course they would. Rape is an act of violence, not sex, and does not count as far as virginity is concerned.
