Well first of all she needs to take a pregnancy test and confirm it. She may just not want to worry her boyfriend because if she isn't pregnant she doesn't want him to worry. If she turns out to be pregnant than she needs to tell him ASAP and discuss what they want to do. She also needs to tell her parents. However, let her tell him in her own time, just be supportive and don't spill the beans yourself. Give her time to do what she wants and it will all work out. The best thing you can do is be supportive of her during her time of need.

First she needs to know for sure whether or not she is really pregant before she starts to freak. Go to a drug store and buy a test. Even if you think you know for sure it could just be a false alarm.
Once she knows for sure she should tell him. He's gonna find out eventually, and he might get mad if she kept it from him for a long time.

You should try and find a way to convince your friend to tell her boyfriend that she thinks she night be pregnant, that's the only way anything will be solved

This is her decision to make not yours. The only thing that you need to be worried about is being there for her. She is going to need your support as a friend and if you truly are her friend then you will let her make this decision for herself.

tell her to be strong. Honesty is the best policy...but if she's afraid of scareing him away, tell her to get a test first to be sure, then confront him. They have allot of choices to make, and he should be involved...
