Shazam will win. All he has to do is what he did in Kingdome Come. He just held Superman and said Shazam alot. The lighting strike overloaded Superman. It would shock the crap out of Black Adam.

Sage had the first part right, except that-- Captain Marvel says Shazam and uses his super speed to dodge the thunderbolt so that it hits Superman If it homes in on Cap, he just leads it toward Superman. Superman is vulnerable to magic lightning. It is like an ordinary person getting hit by lightning for him! Presto, Captain Marvel has not changed back to Billy Batson, and Superman is fried to a crackly crisp.

Superman squares off against Black Adam and Captain Marvel. Captain Marvel knows Black Adam's secret and coordinates with Superman against Black Adam from the get go to pin him. Marvel screams that one little word....
"SHAZAM!"
Lightning strike, theyve pinned Adam, hes hit, and he reverts (Black Adam is like...6000 years old). Boom, dust in the breeze.
Superman and Marvel have duked it out before. Always the same.
Superman wins.
