i think there should be 3 answer because the 3 is cubed.

A third degree polynomium can have UP TO 3 roots (will always have one)

After reading the correction, here is the 2nd degree solution:
-1 and -2/3

As it is x is a very small negative fraction, if it's possible, now if you meant 3x^2 + 5x + 2 = 0 then the answer is negative 1.

Are you sure the first term is cubed, maybe it should be squared?

Edit: factor or use the quadratic formula.
