10 helpers because 20 large cakes divided by 2 cakes ph divided by 3 hours = about 4 people and then for the small cakes you take 700 sm cakes divided by 35 cakes ph and then divide that total by 3 hours you get about 6
6 people for small cakes plus 4 people for large cakes equals 10 people

2L x 3hours= 6 large cakes
35S x 3hours=105 small cakes
need 20L, so 20/6=3.3 helpers to make large cakes
need 700S, so 700/105=6.7 (rounded)
3.3+6.7=10 helpers
