Go on the POTC ride and DON'T go in the Tiki Room. They lock the doors and you can't get out....

Well, as much as I'd love to guarantee it goes smoothly, even I, Disneyinfo, cannot do that. Epcot's World Showcase is an excellent place to take older relatives. There are calm rides, great restaraunts, fun shops, little bakeries, shows and attractions. At MGM there are a lot of shops and shows for your grandparents to enjoy. Animal Kindgom's Safari ride is pretty tolerable for almost all ages. My grandparents can handle most of the rides, but always pay attention to the warning notices and signs. Also, it is wise to have a check up or physical before going on any rides (for everyone you and your mother included). At Magic Kindgom, stop and watch the parades, shop at Main Street, get a Dole whip in Adventureland, go to the shows in Liberty Square (also the Haunted Mansion should be fine), Fantasyland rides are some of my favorites and most of them are easy going! (Peter Pan is great!) There is Buzz Lightyear at Tomorrowland... so many options. Don't miss Fantasmic! As for Downtown Disney, I spend most of my time at Disneyland Resorts DTD, but there is the biggest Disney store in the world there so don't miss that! It's also just a really nice place to relax outside.
(Another note: you can rent scooters if anyone in your family has difficuly walking. Also, at Town Hall, if given proof of disability, you will be given passes that allow your family to go through seperate lines on certain rides to decrease wait time.)
Just remember, no matter what you are doing, enjoy it. Disney World is truly awesome. It is the dream of many people come to life so that you may experience hope, peace and joy. Whether it's watching a show that may seem dull, or riding a thrilling roller coaster. It all means something, and there is someone that would love, almost more than anything, to be where you are.

My two main "local secrets" are: Go on the rides with the longest lines during the parades. The lines are shorter. Also, when it starts to storm in the afternoon, go have lunch. It'll stop in two hours and all the tourists will have gone home.
At Magic Kingdom, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, and Big Thunder Mountain RR are the most exciting. Avoid anything in fantasyland. It'll be totally swamped with small children, and the lines are CRAZY. Go to fantasyland after dinner when the small children will have gotten tired and gone home. I LOVE Pirates of the Caribbean and the Haunted Mansion. They're fun. Not like thrill ride fun, fun fun. Jungle cruise is good the first time you go on it. If you want a good view of the fireworks, stand in front of and to the right (as you look at it) of Cinderella's castle. That way, you'll see Tinkerbell too (she flies out of the top of the castle at the start of the fireworks). Buzz Lightyear is a poopular ride. You get to shoot aliens with lasers. Your family might like it too. Just beware the lines on this one.
At MGM Tower of Terror is AMAZING!!! I don't know how much you're into thrill rides though. And your mom/grandparents might not like it. Also, Rockin Roller Coaster is good as far as Disney coasters go. Backlot tours is interesting. Star Wars Star Tours is ok, but its one of those simulators. They make me sick. Oh, and go see Fantasmic. It's really cool. It's sort of a laser/fountain/light show.
I've never been to Animal Kingdom, so I can't say anythign about that.
At Epcot, definitely go on Test Track. It's pretty good. I haven't been since Mission Space opened, but it sounds good. Your mom/grandparets might not like it though. They will definitely like the world showcase part. Lots to eat and drink. Mexico and Norway have rides. Not terribly exciting though. More educational. I've eaten at Canada, and it's very good, and I've heard good things about Italy. Although, I don't think you could go wrong with any of the countries. Be sure to check out the Coca Cola "factory", or I call it the Coke testing place. I'm not sure exactly what it's called, but you can taste Coca Cola products from around the world. Like Japan is this watermelon stuff and Germany tastes like hot dogs. It's a fun way to cool off after the Florida heat.
Downtown Disney is good for shopping. If you have the money, definitely go see Cirque du Soleil's La Nouba. It is AMAZING!! Worth every penny of the insane ticket prices. The Virgin Mega-Store is great for shopping for CD's. As far as restaurants, I've eaten and Bongo's and Rainforest Cafe. Rainforest Cafe is more about the experience than the food in my opinion. It's kind of cool though. I really liked Bongo's and recomend it if you like spanish food. Also, Planet Hollywood is good. I haven't been there in a while, but when I went it was great. Fun movie theme. There's a Ghiradelli chocolate store in downtown disney, that's always yummy. Downtown Disney is more about the shopping than doing things unless you're over 18 or 21 and can get into Pleasure Island (clubs and such). Umm... I think there's a lego store, which can be fun.
One last thing. Disney people are AMAZING!! They are like the nicest people ever, so if you have any problems or whatever, Disney employees are great. Disney has awesome customer service.
And that's about all I can think of right now. Sorry it's so long. But have fun and drink lots of water! Disney is great, and I'm sure you'll have fun no matter what you do.

Don't go to Epcot. I went to Disney world when I was 14. Epcot is awful if your not 21. They have like 3 rides and it's awful. Go to Universal Studios. I had this 4 parks ticket where in one day u could go to all four parks. It was cool. MgM is where Tower of Terror and The Aerosmith RockNRoller Coaster is. Have Fun!!!

That time table looks a touch too busy. you opt to time table more effective time at each and each park because it sucks once you're in uncomplicated words there for some hours at a time Plus, it would want to take longer than predicted to get between parks.. also, once you're doing the park hopper, it truly is ideal to do a 1/2 day someplace, then a 1/2 day someplace else, no longer bypass to and fro between parks. i'd attempt to take some issues off the time table, yet curiously like you're going to have a exciting holiday!

BE SURE to get the ride passes. I forget what they are called, but you go to whatever ride and get a pass to ride at a specific time. You can then go do something else. When the time comes you return to the ride and go right to the front of the line. Nobody wants to wait in line and this really lets you get the most out of your day.
Be sure to ride the Aerosmith Rockin' Roller Coaster.

Well, I say be spontaneous and have fun. Since you are 13, I suggest going mini golfing or something like that one evening, maybe check out the Orland Science Center, Gatorland, the outlet-mall or Mall at Millenia or just enjoying the hotel pool.

Since there might be some rides your grandparents can't go try not to get to mad. If you have brothers or sisters go with them while your grandparents go on another kiddy ride. Just make sure one of you has a cell phone, you don't want to get lost.

Go on Test Drive and Tower of Terror.
The Aerosmith Roller Coaster is cool too.
Be careful on Mission Space as people keep dying on that ride.
Bring Lots of Money!

Be flexible. Ever heard of "if it can go wrong it will"...well it seems to prove true when planning vacations. Plan it as best you can, and leave room for flexibility so that hold ups and unplanned cicumstances don't become stressful.
