what is netware?

My mothers computer won't let her switch users and it says it is because client services for netware have disabled it. i tried to find client services so that i could delete it yet the search produced nothing.

Netware is a Network Operating System made by Novell (http://www.novell.com).

It is an operating system you use on servers.

Assuming that your Mom's computer is no longer connected to a business network, it sounds like what you need to do is remove the Netware Client software, which you can do by going into Add/Remove programs in the control panel. Simply find the listing, and tell it to remove.
