Can you put a v-tec solinoid on a d16y7 head?

a v-tec solinoid from any v-tec motor

A D16 is not all vtec dont listen to that guy!!! D16y7 cannot have a vtec solinoid. But a d16y8 head can be swapped onto the y7's block!! You'll need intake manifold and so forth though.

d16 aready comes with a vtec solinoid . a d16 is a SOHC VTEC

if it doesnt come with one then i dont think so, i think u would have to change to vtec head.
