Omniscient.

Omnipotent would make me able to do whatever I wanted to, but if I don't know what is the best course of action, I'm likely to cause more harm than good, and that's not what I want.

If I were Omniscient, sure I wouldn't be able to DO anything, but only know stuff. But at least I could then advise people as to what they should do, so I'd be most likely influencing towards doing good. Furthermore, as my advice turns out to work, my influence would grow; I wouldn't be omnipotent, but I'd be potent enough :)

I would rather be Omniscient because,I love knowledge and Smart people who thinks carefully before He or she reacts to any situation. These type of people can be an asset to the country not people who is hungry for power and drives others into disaster without having a brain to calculate the situation before acting.
