What does everyone think about Jon Benets killer finally being caught? Do u think her dad should sue the police force and DA for screwing up so badly? Do you still think her dad is guilty?

I think it's sad that the family was put through so much turmoil after such an incredible loss. It is a shame that 10 years went by because the investigators had tunnel vision and really did not seem to even look outside the family. If this suspect is guilty, it would have been nice to get him off the streets 10 years and several victims ago.

I think the public and media were quick to judge the family because they did not approve of Jon Benet being in pageants, but that was prejudicial and did not help anyone figure out what happened to her.

I don't think anything about any of it except what a shame it is that this adorable little girl was made to look like a porn star at such a tender age and paraded all over for the media and predators to target. Therefore she is dead. Shame on all involved, whether they are the actual killer or not. And shame on the media for everything since her death that is insensitive, and shame on everyone for not letting the poor little thing finally REST.

I never thought he or his wife wa guility. However I did (as did many others which led people to think they were guility) think they did not show much emotion for such an awful thing to happen to their child.
Also the manner in which their child was subjected to adult like beautyt contests and dressed like an adult turned me off on them. I know many mothers go to extremes to get their child elected beauty queens but that does not make it right to take away a childs childhood. I think the fact that the author's book outlinging such a death just before the child was murdered should have been exployed more.

it's a relief to know that even after 10 years a case can be solved it gives hope to lots of people. and also i believe that her father have to sue the cops because they screwed up really bad the cops just focused on the family and refused to even consider anyone else. I guess it was easier to blame the family does anyone know that a child molestation case very similar to JonBenet's case happened just 9 month after the JonBenet was murdered (the girl was molested in her own home, she went to the same dancing school as JonBenet ) if you don't believe me go to http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2004/12/16/48hours/main661569.shtml

anyways i think that's a lesson for you people never totally believe media cause they don't print the whole story. they just wanna sell.

We'll see. He is only alleged to be the killer.
It's too bad they had to sensationalize this again. Lots of kids die all the time. I think there are bigger things to worry about right now.

Yay!! I am so glad they caught him. Its terrible that the mom didnt get to see the killer caught, but she knows, and she is together with her daughter in heaven. :)

Those parents killed that girl. If they didn't do it physically - they ordered the hit. It's a shame - poor girl. Those bastard parents deserve to rot in hell. They know what they did.
