Lets see......that is the day for Admissions Application Priority Processing and Financial Aid Priority Processing Deadline at Columbus State University. That is also the notification day for the Large Grant at Spirit Mountain Community college. The day that Richard Fraser's board membership expires at Community high School in Vermont. Not to mention I'm sure there are a few birthdays to celebrate on that day.......doesn't come but once every four years you know.
