[x-1+2x+3]/[(x-1)*(2x+3)] = (1) / [(2x+3)(x-1)]
cancelling (1) / [(2x+3)(x-1)]

[x-1+2x+3] = 1

3x+2 =1

3x = (-1)

x = (-1/3)

Nope it's wrong.
Should be (x-1)+(2x+3)/ (2x+3)(x-1) then expand

(1)/(2x+3)=(x-1)/((2x+3)(x-1)
(1)/(x-1)=(2x-3)/(2x+3)(x-1)
so: (1)/(2x+3)+(1)/(x-1)=((x-1)+(2x+3))/(2x+3)(x-1)
equal to: (3x+2)/(2x+3)(x-1)=(1)/(2x+3)(x-1)
then 3x+2=1
........3x=-1
..........x= -(1/3)
