Start talking to people who are making music in your area, and put down some tracks. If you truly have talent, the first step is getting involved with people who are doing right near you. You have to be serious, strong, dedicated, and willing to work your butt off. If you can't find anyone to start out with, then do something as simple as lay down some beats and spit your rhymes onto file and create a myspace. There are ways to be heard - just be persistent.

well if u think that u can rap start getting show's like at bars or places that gives food and stuff and then when they say that u are good record your own stuff like on a player or computer and on a rap cd (eminem or sumone) there is a record company address on the back send a letter and the cd to that place and ur welcome

yo try to fid a studio try to talk to a few radio stations bout what you do and always keep ya head up cause it aint easy im a singer it took me a hot min just to get a studio or few #s from the records deal
