Is there anyone out there who can give me an idea for a thesis of compare/contrast paper based on the two books. 1- The Odyssey by Homer and 2- The Long Walk by Slavomir Rawicz

The things you should consider are such similarities as:
* Each book has a character going on an epic journey
* Each book has had questions about whether or not it is a true account of what has happened
* Each book shows someone going through self-discovery on his journey
To contrast the books, think about each author's different focus, different style and the differences between the two characters' messages.

Try to think of the books and find a similar theme, symbol, or character. The either compare them or contrast them. For example, "Both Homer and Slavomir use ____ to represent ___.
