Your breasts are probably feeling sore because you may be getting close to your menstural cycle. Right before and during menstruation, higher-than-usual levels of the female hormone estrogen may cause one or both breasts to swell and become tender. Sometimes taking painkillers such as advil may help ease the pain.

It could be growing pains if you're young?
I'd most likely say it's menstrual though. I never used to get breast-tenderness because of my period, but they've suddenly started in the past few months! ):
If it concerns you a lot, go to your doctor. Have you had a mammogram lately? That'd be worth doing ANYWAY just to check you're okay, you know? :)

during ovulation the breast enlarged caused by hormonal changes in ur body. this of course varies from individual to individual. To free u from any fear examine your breast of any lump or see a ob-gyn doctor. goodluck dear

it may be that you might be getting your period soon, because your breasts will feel more tender before period well for some girls.

you may have breast cancer. Its the first sign. See a doctor emidiately.
