Well... ever point on the edge of the circle is the same distance from the center. In that sense there is no direction smaller.

There is only 1 parameter with a circle as well. Usually we use the radius. The fact that we can parameterize it another way is not to say that you should say one is bigger than the other per se because your not compaing in equivalent units.

but

r = d/2 = C / pi

So if you just want to compare the raw ones

r < d < C

But like i said there really is only 1 (at least in Euclidian geometry)

The radius (half diameter) is always smaller than the diameter (across width of circle) and the circumference (around the edge of the circle).
