Like in "Rear Window" or "Breakfast at Tiffany's" - there is someone who is captivated by their neightbors, how could that take place in this day and age?

my neighbor has been watching me for weeks now
i see her looking at me all day long, she looks out her window at me and sometimes she is looking at me with binoculars!
i really don't do anything odd, that I know of
(except lately i have taken to mooning her when i catch her watching me)

Well, every book I read begins as a mystery with the turning of the first page and becomes a closed book and all revealed as I close the covers for the last time
Simply don't allow others to read within the covers and the story remains a mystery ;)

Everyday when you come home take 5-10 inflated balloons into your house, make a point to NEVER leave your garbage in front of your house always take is somewhere else to dump it, but take the can out to the street with nothing in it but balloons.
