Jon Stewart! He's clever and witty. He makes you think while you laugh and I like that. Letterman has nothing going for him, he interviews celebrities-big deal.

I never ever watched David Letterman and I love the Daily Show when I watch it...so Jon Stewart.

Stewart, no question. Mass appeal, huge following, covers wide range of topics. Letterman's a megalomaniac with a nightly gimmick that should've been put to rest 10 years ago (the Top 10 list).

Both are funny in their own right. Like comparing apples to oranges though.

Stewart is great making fun of the news and current events, but Letterman is more original and creative. Go back and watch Dave back in the day -- The monkey cam, dropping flourencent lights off the 5 story tower, the velcro suit, stupid pet tricks.

If you think Dave is a talking head, you don't know Dave.
