I know what my dream wedding dreaa looks like where can I find it at?

my dream wedding dress is a custom made dress that has the back cut out in the shape of a heart but I can't seem to find it now where might I go to find what I'm looking for?

Try going to a designer and describing or drawing the dress...they might be able to tell you where to find it.
