Can you tell me how to put in greater than or equal to? Cause I sure don't know the way to do so.

You have so many dimes; call this number d. A dime is 10 cents, so your dimes are 10*d, designated 10d, cents. Similarly, you have n nickles and they are worth 5n cents. So you have 5n + 10d cents in nickles and dimes. Thus, if you have 17 nickles and 24 dimes, you have 17*5 + 24*10 = 85+240 = 325 cents. But as you have at least 30 dollars, which is the same as 3000 cents, then 5n + 10d >= 3000, where >= means "greater than or equal to", and should be represented by a > sign, underlined.
