yes, definitely, there is always a chance of getting an STD without condoms, it doesnt matter if he pulles out or not, and you can still get pregnant that way also ,I did!

Anytime his penis goes in to your *cough* then, there is a chance of STD. Pre-come can also cause a STD.

yes, even though he is not cumming does not mean that fluids are not coming out of the penis. get tested, the test are easy you just lay there and have blood drawn
