Racial has to do with ethnicity. And is based on bias due to a person heritage. Behavior has nothing to do with ethnicity and can be good or bad depending on each individual. Racial bias is going on right now due to the problems in Iraq. They profile a person due to their ethnicity and in behavior profile it is based on a behavior one chooses . If there were a black man walking down the street, and I screamed at the top of my lungs, "ARREST HIM, OFFICER -- HE MUGGED SOMEBODY!!!" that would be racial profiling. Clearly black people mug people (but, so do white people, asian people, hispanic people. . . .) That's racial profiling.
