If both phones accept a SIM card, then yes. ALL SIM cards are the same in size. Your SIM card contains all of your information that is removable and not saved within your phone's memory. Any ringers you have downloaded will not be saved on the SIM, so you will have to download them again on the different phone, but your contacts information, your phone information, and number will transfer to the other phone ONLY if it has an area for a SIM card. Some phones do not require SIM cards.

Yes. It doesn't matter which phone you put it in, as long as the phone is not SIM locked. The SIM card's purpose is only to store numbers
