Yesterday during our conversation my girlfriend said to me that the thing she most likes about me is that I am sweet and humble! What does it mean when a girl says this? Is it a good thing? For some odd reason I am wondering whether she will lose interest if I stop being funny and if she will become bored of me?

If sweet and humble is your basic personality, that's what attracted your girlfriend to you in the first place. In other words, that's the way she perceives you, and it's probably the way you are without actually trying. So my advice would be to just be yourself -- don't try to act any different than what feels normal to you. Yes, it is a good thing to be sweet and humble. Most guys aren't like that. Just be aware that teenagers, both boys and girls, are very changeable. What they love one day, they can hate the next. It's just part of growing up and developing a personality. I'm guessing you are both teenagers. So if this romance doesn't last, which it may not, don't take it personally. That's just the way things are when you're that age. So enjoy the relationship for as long as it endures. You'll fall in and out of love many times before you find the one and only, and so will your girlfriend.

It must be a good thing regardless of what we say, because she said it yesterday as clearly as she could!! And that's what she likes MOST, not the only thing she likes. As you grow up and mature, the relationship will grow up and mature with you guys, the 3 of you will become boring together. If she gets bored and loses interest, it may have nothing to do with you because lots of people get bored of each other, and no one is to blame.

I think it is a good thing. I like sweet guys. You don't always have to be funny. If she really likes you she will not lose interest or get bored.

Those are endearing traits and she obviously likes them. If she were to become bored with you, then that's her problem. You shouldn't change what you are, especially since what you are is good. Don't be afraid to show some confidence though. That's the ultimate turn on for women!

It is a good thing. It means she trusts you, that you are kind and gentle, that you don't tell everyone how great you are. These are all very positive qualities. There is no risk of her becoming bored.
