it takes practice but some good ways to practice are to do a bridge by the wall then use one leg to push off the wall. move farther away from the wall gradually and eventually you wont be able to reach the wall and you'll be able to do it by yourself. Good Luck!!!

first make sure ur bridge is stable, then work on kicking off of a wall from ur bridge, after u get that try bridging and kicking over without help from the wall and finally, once u can do all of these things try to do the back walkover, make sure that u keep ur elbows locked out and you won't fall on your head. Progression is the key to learning. Hope this helps~!

First start out in a bridge, and get your shoulders as far as you can over your hands. This takes flexibility and strength.

Next start doing toe touches bring your dominant foot has high as possible with control, up point towards the ceiling, and down. Do this building up the muscles in your leg.

Then get up enough confidence, and during one toe touch with your toe facing the ceiling kick, over your head and bring your back leg up.

You should get it, just takes practice.

if you already know how to do a bridge then you just need a little help from someone to kick your legs over. you shouldnt be scared if you have help from someone. just keep practicing at it with the help and itll come to you in no time.

Stand by a wall and walk your hands down it until you're in a backbend. Then kick up. You won't fall because the wall will protect you.
