Kiki-la hit the nail on the head. Gay couples have to go through QUITE a process in order to raise a child. Much more of a process than male/female couples. So this must mean that those gay couples REALLY are devoted and want to raise a child, right? They spend more money and more effort into it. So, why the heck not? I didn't have a dad around and my mom was a cokehead while I grew up. Then I moved out when I was 16 because she married a loser who kept threatening to kick my ***. I would have LOVED a gay couple raising me instead-my sexuality is my own, and would not have been compromised. Just look at how many gay teens come out of seemingly "normal" homes. It works the other way, too- we just are who we are. Don't stop it, embrace it. Peace for children!!!

Yes, yes, it is very wrong indeed to raise a child to be more tolerant of people...
Grow up. Nothing wrong about it, gay parents are no worse than heterosexual ones. And why shouldn't they adopt? So many people would rather contribute to the overpopulation of the world than adopt the children that are already there. In fact, gay adoption should not just be condoned but PROMOTED.

George kitty honey....You may know it is wrong, but sociologist disagree with you 100%. Studies made of a very large group of Gay couples raising children and Straight couples raising children came to the shocking conclusion that........yep, you guessed it...Gay couples did a much better job of parenting than the straight couples did. There were no child molestations, no child abuse, no child embarrassment, no abnormal number of gay children...surprise, surprise! When looking at the straight couples, they found instances of child molestation (father abusing the little girl), constant fighting and bickering in front of the child, and, just like the Gay couples, 10 % of the off spring were ..... GAY! The gay couples allowed the children to swing in whatever direction they wanted to go, yet fully 90% went the straight route, and like the straight couples, 10% went the Gay route. But the main difference was...a much higher percentage of the GAy couple's children were better adjusted, better educated, more open minded, and less rage filled than the straight coulple's children. Based on this, It would seem that it is the Straight parents who should be denied the honor of raising children, not the Gays! Sorry to deflate your ignorant, bigoted balloon, but you asked for it ...I can back up my side...and you just plain old can't.

the only way to stop adoptions is to have straight people neutered and spayed to prevent any "accidents" that may cause unwanted children, therefore causing gay adoption. this would also stop abortion.
and since your so keen on ending it, you can be the first one for the surgery. just stay very still while i go and grab the scissors. it will be over before you know it, and you can rest easy as a eunich knowing that you helped your cause.

Why dont you adopt all the children in the world like those old ladies who horde cats- then there wont be any more children left for gay people to adopt. Or you can stop straight people from dumping their children.

I do not know why this kind of discriminatory question. All of my gay friends that have their kids under adoption are very good parents, they do everything for their kids as they were biologicaly from them. Besides, kids are from the one who educate and take care of them, and I know a lot of heterosexual parents that are not soportive with their kids. So stop the discrimination and let a gay couple to adopt kids.
Ps. I do not want to be discriminatory to heterosexuals, but is just to point that gays and hetero are free to educate and guide the future of our kids.

"How can we end gay adoption?" we don't, via fact there is not any valid reason to achieve this. toddlers raised by utilising same-intercourse couples are as happy and wholesome as those raised by utilising opposite-intercourse couples. "putting boys with 2 homosexuals for adoption is as obtrusive a threat as putting a woman with 2 heterosexual men who furnish themselves as mothers and dads." Bollocks. you're conflating homosexuality with pedophilia. Homosexuality and heterosexuality are grownup orientations. Pedophilia potential a man or woman likes toddlers, and is thoroughly become self reliant from grownup orientations (maximum pedophiles do no longer even have an interest in adults). A gay grownup is not greater in all probability to molest a toddler than a straight away grownup. putting a toddler with a gay couple is not greater risky than putting a toddler with a straight away couple. If a guy or woman is going to molest a toddler, the presence of an opposite-intercourse companion shouldn't end them (and it hasn't interior the thousands and thousands of situations to date).

This is an ignorant statement.
When there are so many children in need of loving parents, why would you want to stop it? If you really feel this way, maybe you can move to Florida with the rest of the Bush family, but sooner or later we'll bring Florida back into the United States too.

Straight people have a problem with gays raising kids, when if you look, its the straight people that are abusing and sexually molesting the children......i have many gay friends with kids, and they are the best kids any parent could ever ask for...well behaved, polite, intelligent, very well cared for.....they are very normal children, and grow up to be wonderful adults....you straights may need to take a lesson or two on how to raise children

What's wrong is kids without a home. What's wrong is kids that don't have loving parents. What's wrong is people that criticize other people just because they are DIFFERENT than themselves. It's unfortunate, that you can appreciate others willing to share their lives and love with those who need one. Hopefully, you or someone you love won't be in the position needing help from someone you don't want to accept it from.
