I thought it would be, but it didn't. I got mine in June this year and the recall was til july 18. Lucky me!

it maynot be dell have post a itemizing of the battery that are defective there additionally having a sturdy deal on >>>>>>>>dell laptops none would be greater warm then dell computer they incorporate anti virus & firewall and while the dell computer is going on hearth the firewall cant even positioned the hearth out that why they call it a warm computer from the single & in basic terms dell you've purchase from hp computers

I checked their website, but the batteries being recalled are for more recent computers than mine. But thanks for the reminder about checking it. It was someone's reminder that made me look in the first place.

THANK GOD NO,i have a Dell too (inspiron 1100) my serries of the inpiron model never has recalls.It is always all the other inspiron types never mine,it just kinda amazes me.

Nope. I have a QUALITY HP business laptop. No battery problems here!
Don't be a drone. Don't buy a Dell. Be different - buy HP laptops!
