Witches Only Please?

Question

I am a witch, not pagan, not wicca, not wiccan. Just a witch, just to let you know that we both have different beliefs. I wanted to know of any spells/rituals that puts your unrealized talent into play. In other words, makes your special skill out in the open. If anyone knows, let me know ASAP. Thanks :D

Just a plain old witch here myself - mostly a nature witch. (Wiccans don't have a monopoly on witch - sometimes it ends up being a catch all term as it is too hard to explain to people otherwise). More than a spell I would suggest meditation - if you cast circles perhaps cast a circle with a white candle and then just let your mind relax.

Otterhey there, Sweetness. No, I don't really know any spells that will make your untapped power. You have to work at that yourself. You should have an understanding of your special "gift" if only in something that you're very good at. I learned to talk to Trees and the Small Ones very early on. I didn't know it was a "gift". I just had it. All women are witches at some moment. Some just stay that way. I'm a little earth mother (or you could call me a hedge witch) I have no coven, but I do good where I can. dear, you're not alone. Many types of magik exist but each witch has a different dimension. Sorry to tell you this but white magik(which i'm guessing you're a part of) is all wiccan. If you are doing dark magik or (heaven forbid) black magik you're still in wicca. The ancient people were provided with wicca and it was separated. only recently has it begun to come together. It tried it in 1692 and people were being killed. They then decided to hold off, wait intil possibly a stringer generation would come along. Now, i honestly don't know your skill level, your dedication to the craft and if you're looking for an active power you can't use a spell or ritual to get to it. you have to actually wait. Patience is virtue wasn't just used as a famous quote it's true. Show that you are patient, dedicated, and personally powerful (not only in wiccan) you'll be rewarded.

What you could do (which is probably the best idea) is to make your own spell. just use the candles and oils that coincide with what you are looking for.

Here is a ritual I believe you would find very useful.

Step 1. Go into a room by yourself.
Step 2. Stand in front a mirror.
Step 3. Stare unblinkingly at your reflection in the mirror.
Step 4. Repeat the following over and over; "I am not a witch, nor should I believe stupid #### like witchcraft and wizardry, nor will I believe the even more stupid #### anonymous idiots over the internet tell me," whilst slapping yourself in the face as hard as you possibly can.
Step 5. (Optional) Go outside and do something positive with your life.
