Uh, NO!!!!!!! Being the individual that you were made to be is the way it should be. Be who you want to be and not what other people what you to be. This is a very general answer without having much insight on "why" you asked the question and I am not trying to be a know-it-all because I am not, but I think we can all agree that life is so short especially when you are trying to live for someone Else's happiness!

No, you're fine. However, "society" really doesn't care, to be honest. It's only an issue if you MAKE it an issue. I don't "conform to society" either - I'm a gay man. But I don't go around forcing people to accept me. I just live and let live, and I'm happy that way.

Love, Jack.

Nothin wrong with bein yourself. But it depends what it is you do, or what it is about you, that society hates. There are morals and immorals. Or as President Bush might say, good morals and bad morals. There are things that are right and correct and things that arn't. A person has to obey rules and laws. Even defiance is generally wrong.

Oh Hell no...I wish I didn't care so much about what other people thought..that is the best way to be...not to mention you are different so guess what? People will remember you more!! Trust me...they will

don't ever ever change..I don't know you but I bet you are an awesome person to be around, and to be honest I try not to be friends with people who are only trying to "fit in"...

I don't know. What is it about scoiety that you do not conform too?
Many people in prisons today say the same things.. "I just want to be myself.. just because I don't conform to society.."

no besides 'wrong' is often subjective however, as someone who does not conform in many ways just be prepared not to be popular with the majority (not that that means much in and of itself)

Good Luck!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Be your own person. A lot of people appreciate and respect originality.

nope. alot of things in society are not always right (i.e. abortion, homosexuality) being part of a counter culture is a good tthing in our society. For example, I want to be a nun. That's the most counter-cultural thing in our society today.
