I'm with you on this one! I guess try to get enough rest and avoid the sugars in the afternoons they say cuz they pull you down lots quicker than they pick you up.

It could be that you aren't excersizing enough. If you are fit, then the feeling good goes with it.
Start walking, in your neighborhood, going further each day, until you can go a few miles without tiring.
See your Doctorl for a check up, you may be lacking some vitamins, or minerals.
Buy a bike, if you haven't got one, thats easy exercize and gets you out doors. Find some hobbies, that can make you active.
If you live in a crowded town, a stair master or tread mill, may work well for you. Look for second hand ones, there are lots of them around, People buy them, and often give up on them.
Good luck, in order to feel good, you have to have the strength to do what you must. Try cutting back on your work hours if you can.
Anything over eight to nine hours, can wear anyone down.
I have done twelve hour days, and all I did was work, eat and sleep. Feeling fine, wan't part of my daily plan. I just survived them.

You need to sleep at least 7 hours a day, no junk food, no coffee, tea or fizzy drinks, herb tea is ok. Best to drink is cooled boiled water with a little lemon squeezed into it. Eat plenty of freshly cooked food as opposed to food from a supermarket freezer. Mediatate twice for 20 minutes (a must) do some light excercise at least 3 times a week, more if you can manage it. Take some ginseng capsules until you are detoxed. Guaranteed to work. good luck.

U better stop before you wake up and find yourself DEAD!!

LOL..no seriously, I used to work 7days a week, from 7am-11pm. Took 3 buses to work, leaving the house at 5:25am...coming home at around 1am.

What kept me going was the brief it was only temporary and necessary to get to where I wanted to be in life. Knowing I wanted a house and a nice car made is all necessary and my tolerable. To work like a slave and not accomplish anything is the fastest way to an early grave!

Make sure you have some serious, ATTAINABLE goals and look at every hour worked and one step closer to those goals. But ultimately no matter what you want out of life...make sure one of ur main life's goals is WORKING SMART, NOT HARD. No millionaire works himself to death. No man on his deathbed goes 'damn I wish I was at work'...So think about it and reevaluate your life and the priority of WORK in it.

Also take your vitamins, drink plenty of water... exercise when you can, even taking a walk for an hour or so will help... get some sunlight and fresh air...keep your spirits up. LAY OFF THE JUNK and artifical energy sources...like coffee. Keep your room dark at night to help u fall asleep or wear a black eyemask... and sounds crazy but try a meditation cd with music to help soothe ur mind... something with no lyrics...just instrumental music.

My favorite is this Native American Flute music...lol.. my friends laugh at it, but every single one of them falls asleep before the end of the 1st song....try it!

Do something you like and you will never feel tired. The more you give something the more it pays off. Keep up the hard work and after a few years you will be teaching other beginners how hard it was to be so successful.

My secret is a combination of 3 things. First off, yoga. It keeps me in shape, and helps relieve stress. Secondly, find something for just you. For me- I sit in my room and read classic novels, listen to country music, and eat Godiva chocolates. Works for me, and it relaxes me. It just gives you something to look forward to- always. And lastly, just try to be happy. You might be faking it at first, but then, people around you get happier and like you more, and soon it becomes a part of you. Give it a try... I hope it works.
