I have that game too, and asked the same question. There are no cheats. The best "cheat" I found was to deposit like 40 grand in the savings account at town hall. Then save and restart your DS. Set the date to 2099 and play Animal Crossing. You will have like a ton of money. Only prob is you will have HELLA weeds and some animals might move away. But I did this about 4 times and got the biggest house you can.
