The government of Massachusets allows to find a mail address where the Massachusets government sends the license and stickers but the address must be in the USA and not in Canada or another country. The transaction is perfectly legal and approved and allowed by the government of Massachusets for people who are away from USA or Massachusetts. I have an address in Canada but I need a help from USA to get a mail address to send my drivers license. The address will be only for mail and will NOT APEAR ON THE DRIVERS LICENSE. My old Massachusets address will saty on the license. The person who provides me with an address does NOT risk anything. See www.mass.gov/rmv and ask the DMV in Massachusetts (RMV) to approve in case you do not believe me. I will also resend you emails from the government of Massachusetts where the government says that I have to find an addtress in the USA (INFORMAL friend company etc. but NOT c/o address).
