I do not know who DJ Screw is. Bob Dylan is a much better lyricist than a musician, though. That doesn't really answer your question, though. Sorry.

I am not familiar with DJ Screw, but Bob Dylan is the most dominant figure in Folk, folk rock, blues, country and western, and everything that has come together from the individual branches of popular music in the past 50 years. He influenced the Beatles and the Rolling Stones. He made you listen to protest songs. His bottleneck blues opened the door for people who had never heard that sound before. No one has written more songs and had them recorded by other artists. He made people listen to his words. Masters of War is every bit as true now, sung by Eddie Vedder and Pearl Jam, as when he first sang it in Greenwich Village.
Without Bob Dylan, there would be no Mr. Tambourine Man, and no Byrds.

never heard of dj screw and DJ by definition isn't a musician they are someone that plays records made by musicians so that puts bob dylan way in front
