u will need to call a glass person for this one, its a tough job and u need safety glass.over all its not easy

if it is a 10 or 15 lite , single glazed interior door then there should be a wood stop that could be removed . then get a pc of 1/8 " or 1/4 " tempered glass from glass co. , put in and reolace stops . most likely you will damage stops getting them out , and they me hard to match . if it is an exterior french with double pane insulated glass , you are best leaving that to glass co.
