It depends on what the issue is. Here's some tips:
*Talk it out. Allow the roomate to speak first and just listen. Don't say she is wrong or anything like that. Then you speak and have her listen.
*Ask her what's going on and see if you can do anything to fix the issue.
*Before accusing your roomate of being mean or something-find proof. Don't say, "You do this to me before!" And your roomate goes, "When?" And you reply, "I can't remember."

You're an adult now and need to settle things in a mature and adult way.

first thing wut does he/she do? second u should move out in to like a 1 person aparment or have her/him move or sit down with her /him and tell that him/her has been bugging u and see what you can do about it
