Micheal Schumacher, F1 driver, $60M. It's sort of a misleading question though. Athletes like Tiger Woods derive a great deal of income not from guarenteed contracts but from playing/winning tournaments and endorsements deals, As opposed to Shaquille O'Neal who has a $33M contract just to wear a particular uniform for a season. His endorsements aren't added in and his pay is not attatched to winning although I'm sure there are kickers for that, much like the $14M guarenteed/$51M with incentives deal Matt Leinart just got.
