something that warrants a consultation with the family doctor. It may be nothing, but you don't want to let it go and find out a month from now that a) it was something needing attention and b) it caused a whole lot more pain.

Go see a doctor. There are several things it could be, but I'm not going to say anything on here as it could just cause even more distress.

he MUST make an appointment to see a doctor ASAP - tomorrow is best ....

A lot of things could cause it. Holding off orgasm too long, too much physical motion or hitting up against something. They are very fragile, and can become sore from any kind of stress.
