Yes you can , you will just have increased discomfort - please speaek with your physician before flying. He will probably recommend medications to both relieve the pain and prevent nausea.

Flying with perforate eardrum would amount to commiting suicide because there would be so much rush of the wind in your ear that you head goes hywire.

A perforated ear drum equalizes pressure constantly. No popping needed. Unless it's infected. don't be afraid to fly.

if you are ready to put up with the pain, yes you can fly.
I did it about a year ago.It is very pain full, but as someone said, it will not give you any more pain that you already have.
MY flight was 12 hours. when i got out of the plane, i was zonked out from the medication more than anything else!
