Congratulations on your wedding and the baby! So much fun!! I got married when I was 6 months pregnant, and the only advice I can give is to get a bigger dress! Try finding one that flatters your "pouch" and makes you look pregnant instead of pudgy. I just looked fat! LOL! Even though it is possible to lose weight, I don't believe anyone would recommend it. At this stage you should be gaining a few pounds. Although I lost 25 pounds when I was pregnant with my firstborn, I did nothing to encourage it. If it is absolutly necessary, try walking or bike riding. Don't go jogging or do sit-ups as it can harm the baby. Also, try using laxatives, b/c as we all know, those lovely prenatal vitamins tend to make us constipated! Don't over-do the laxatives as it could be harmful, but a light laxative won't hurt anything. Maybe you should speak with your OB/GYN for suggestions. Good Luck in all your future endeavors!!!

Don't try to lose weight on purpose while pregnant. That's never a good thing to do. Sometimes weight loss while pregnant occurs naturally, actually, and that's okay, but not on purpose, not for a wedding ceremony that lasts part of one day, when a baby lasts a lifetime.
Yoga is still alright while pregnant though, just so you know. So is light stationary biking or jogging. No marathons though. If in doubt, ask your ob/gyn.
Your best bet is to slightly alter the dress.

Just try a corset, but don't make it tight. It'll give the illusion of a flat stomach and you just have to suck in a little bit. Plus you'll get cleavage! ;) Most doctors will not recommend you lose weight in pregnancy for any reason. So long as you listen to your body and don't overdo it, you can try doing a few situps just to get rid of a little fat there and tone the muscle a bit (which will actually help in labor) but that's about it. Remember: if it's just a pouch, then it's not about weight, it's about tone. I could lose 10lbs and still have the same pouch on my stomach if I'm not toning it. Yet if I'm toning, I could get a flat stomach without losing any weight. Just remember: be gentle, drink plenty of water before after and during, and listen to when your body says stop.

you really shouldn't loose weight while your pregnant. It is not good for your baby at all. Talk to your doctor. She will tell you. You could just wear something around your waist to cover it up, maybe hold it in a little bit. You're not that far along so it won't hurt the baby to wear something a little snug to hold in your tiny belly. I wouldn't think it would be any different from wearing tight pants or something. Maybe try some control top Panty-hose or something. BUT NEVER GO ON A DIET WHILE PREGNANT!!!

Pregnancy is not a time to diet to lose weight. Your pooch is just something you will have to work with. You have bloating and also a baby starting to grow, look into a bigger size dress or getting yours taken out if possible.
You can watch your carbs, but that is about the only safe thing to really try. You should do abdomen exercises.

I am 6 weeks pregnant and when I found out I was pregnant I was on a diet. I researched it and read you are not suppose to be on a diet during pregnancy. Since I found out I was pregnant though I have been eating healthy and walking regulary and have been losing weight still. I drink a lot of water also. It is all healthy and not really dieting, just eating and being active like we all should be.

Do not worry about the little bit of pouch, be proud of it. Motherhood makes you glow, do not try to loss weight what you are gaining now is baby. Check with your doctor if you have any question, your pregnancy maybe be different. I could not exercise or even sweep when I was pg or I would have lost my baby. Get another dress that flatters your body. Con grads on baby and best wishes on your wedding.

you should never try to loose weight during pregnancy- it is not safe for the baby. you can simply control your diet- eat healthy foods and do some light exercise for 1/2 hour a day (as long as approved by your ob)- this would be swimming, walking, or riding a stationary bike.

You're really not supposed to diet during pregancy, but try to eat healthy and drink lots of water, that should help. Just don't cut back too much, this is the time when the baby needs the most from you.
