Probably nothing, but that might depend on the school. I've heard of a bachelor's of science (BS or SB) - for majors in physics, chemistry, etc. - and a bachelor's of arts (BA) - for majors in english, history, etc - but I've never heard of a bachelor's of technology. I would assume that degree is awarded to someone who majored in computer science or an engineering field - if that's the case, then there really is no difference, just as there's really no difference (asside from the specific major) between a BS and a BA.

Here's what I know. BSci (or BS-Bachelor or Science) is usually given when you complete bachelor level of work in either the social (sociology, psychology, anthropology, etc.) or physical (math, chem, bio, phys, etc.) sciences. Just so you know, that is not always the case.

A BTech is another category of bachelor's degree, Bachelor of Technology. It can be a subcategory under BS. That can be in any of the technical fields (polytechnics, comp. sci., engineering, etc.)

Often, the general BS is used, and the field you studied is specified afterwards: BS biology, BS computer science, BS sociology. Stuff like that.

Hope that helps more than it confuses!
