It is the sack where the baby is contained. Normally when this breaks it feels like water is flowing out of you between your legs. When this happens, time to go to the hospital

its the amniotic sac that surrounds the baby. if you think you water broke go straight to the hospital. you have a 24 hour window to deliver in.

the placenta is releasing its fluid that surrounds the baby. Its inside the womb. Usually its very obvious.
