for whoever ur trying to report their should be a thumb up and a thumb down and a flag click on the flag and and you put the reason for reporting than press send (get use to it this won,t b the last time you report someone believe me)

The flag on the icon tray is the report abuse button. Click on that and follow directions. It's really pretty easy. I'm not very fast or good with computers, so if I can do it, so can anyone else. :)
